Using I’m Out of Shape

By using I’m Out of Shape you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

I’m Out of Shape is a fitness tracker. It counts touches on the screen and your phone’s motion; it cannot see your body or judge your form, and it is not a medical device.

Your safety

Exercise within your ability. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything else that worries you, and talk to a qualified professional before starting if you have a health condition.

Several moves ask you to put your phone on the floor, a chair or a step, or in a pocket. Choose a stable, safe place. You are responsible for your phone and your surroundings.

Accounts

An account is optional. Keep access to your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Premium and Remove Ads

Premium is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase.

Prices are shown before you buy. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. On Apple devices, Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

Fair play

Records are yours, but leaderboards and contests are shared. Don’t fake workouts, use offensive display names or contest titles, or use I’m Out of Shape to harass anyone. We may remove names, hide results or close accounts that do.

The app

I’m Out of Shape is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but can’t promise it will always be error-free or that counts will match every movement.

To the extent the law allows, I’m Out of Shape is not liable for injuries, damage to devices, or indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms; the app will tell you about changes that matter before they apply.
