Delete your account
This deletes your I’m Out of Shape account and everything backed up with it: workouts, records, goals, challenges, circuits, friends and contests. Workouts stored only on a phone stay on that phone until you delete the app. It can't be undone.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Without the app, sign in with the email address of your account below.
Signed in as . Deleting the account is permanent.
Signed up with Apple or Google, or no email code arrives? Delete the account from the app on your phone, or email support@imoutofshape.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
